ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Your apartment will be available to you from 15:00, and until 10:00 upon departure, unless otherwise agreed.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE / CHILDREN:

We rent the holiday house for the specified and agreed number of people, including children.

PAYMENT / RESERVATION:

Upon receipt of the down payment of 20%, your reservation will be valid for the next 7 days. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment terms are not observed, we reserve the right to rent the residence to other quests.

NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY HOUSE:

Villa Nueva Lanzarote is a non-smoking holiday house, therefore smoking is not permitted within the house.

PETS:

Pets are not allowed at Finca Villanueva.

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel the rental contract before the rental date at any time. In this case, we will endeavour to rent the holiday apartment to other quests. The tenant has the right to provide a replacement tenant, who will take over the holiday apartment in full. Otherwise, the industry-standard cancellation policy applies:

•  up to 90 days prior to occupancy, 20% of the agreed rental
•  89 up to 60 days prior to occupancy, 35% of the agreed rental
• 59 up to 30 days prior to occupancy, 50% of the agreed rental
• 29 days prior to occupancy, 80% of the agreed rental
• We strongly recommend travel insurance!

SEVER-ABILITY CLAUSE:

If any provision of this agreement be wholly or partially invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
